From Static Pages to Interaction
This was when simply having the company name, logo, and address on a Facebook page was considered sufficient. It was also when money and effort were spent on stickers with calls to “like on Facebook.”
We neither liked nor understood the concept of getting people to like casually. We wanted to create real commitment – and meaningful dialogue. And we were sure engagement was key to getting ‘sincere likes’ and longstanding loyalty.
Fortunately, we got the chance to try our hand in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nordic Offices. This became the starting point for several campaigns focusing on facts, people, and interaction.
